في حال عدم قانونية أو بطلان أو عدم قابلية تطبيق أي من بند من بنود الخدمة، فإن عدم القانونية أو البطلان أو عدم القابلية للتطبيق لا يؤثر على أي بند آخر من البنود الواردة في هذه السياسة، وتظل البنود المتبقية للخدمة سارية المفعول ولا يجوز بأي حال من الأحوال المساس أو الإخلال بها أو إبطالها.

THE MAJEURE FORCE القوة القاهرة

لن يتحمل أي طرف من أطراف هذا الاتفاق المسؤولية عن عدم تنفيذ، أو أي تأخير، لفترة معقولة، في الوفاء بأي التزام بموجب هذا الاتفاق بسبب حدوث أي اضطرابات عمل أو حوادث أو حرائق أو فيضانات أو توقف للاتصالات السلكية واللاسلكية أو الإنترنت أو أي إضرابات أو حروب أو أعمال شغب أو انقلابات أو حصار أو إجراءات حكومية أو متطلبات أو لوائح أو قيود حكومية يفرضها القانون أو أي ظروف أخرى خارجة عن نطاق السيطرة المعقولة لأي طرف من الأطراف.

Neither party to this Agreement shall be liable for failure to perform, or any delay, for a reasonable period, in the performance of any obligation under this Agreement due to the occurrence of any work disturbances, accidents, fires, floods, interruptions of telecommunications or the Internet, or any strikes or wars or riots, coups, blockades, governmental actions, governmental requirements, regulations or restrictions imposed by law, or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of either party.

JURISDICTION الاختصاص القضائي

تخضع شروط الخدمة هذه الخاصة باستخدام الموقع الإلكتروني / تطبيق الهاتف المحمول وتفسر وفقًا لقوانين دولة الكويت المعمول بها.

These Terms of Service for use of the Website/Mobile Application shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the State of Kuwait.
